Mix crumbs, sugar and molasses in bowl.

Add cooled butter and mix.

Press into round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool on rack for 30 minutes.

Beat together the cream cheese and sugar until completely smooth. (The cream cheese must be very soft or you'll never get it to beat smoothly.)

Mix in half the cream and all the vanilla.

Put water in a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over top and let stand for 5 minutes.

Heat over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely. Whish the rest of the cream into the gelatin mixture.

Mix gelatin mixture into cream cheese mixture and beat until fluffy.

Spoon filling into completely cooled crust. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
