Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and mix until completely dissolved.
Cut cream cheese into small pieces and add to gelatin. Mix until smooth.
Melt chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.
Add vanilla, sweetener and chocolate to cream cheese mixture and beat until smooth.
Pour into buttered pie pan and refrigerate until firm.
Alternatively, you can pour the cheesecake mixture into a nut crust.
