I prefer to buy Lindt's 85% cocoa bars. It's made with real sugar, but incredibly tiny amounts.
But if you prefer milk chocolate to dark chocolate, this recipe is for you.
Melt chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over low heat.
Remove from heat and stir in cream, vanilla, sweetener and peanut butter. It may form a gritty misturse, continue stirring until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls on to aluminum foil. Refrigerate until solid.
