In a DEEP bowl, mix the jello in boiling water until thoroughly dissolved.
Cut the cream cheese into pieces and add to the jello. Beat until thoroughly mixed (it will splatter a lot).
Mix in cold water.
Pour into a square pan and refrigerate until solid.
