bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches


This makes one meal (no leftovers). If I cook the whole pound of bacon ahead of time, we eat it as a snack, so I have to make it fresh the next night.

Fry bacon as desired (we prefer it underdone). Place on paper to drain.

Toast bread in toaster. Crisp tortillas by placing in clean skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute each side.

Assemble sandwiches.
