This is one of my most embarrassing meals since it's *so* not from scratch. but it's good!
The soup is a bit carby, but only adds about 5g carbohydrate per serving.
Place chicken, salad dressing mix and water in crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours. Place crock pot in fridge to cool.
Tear up chicken, remove skin and bones from pot. Add cream cheese, soup and mushrooms. Cook on low for 2 hours.
