In Dutch oven, cover pork with broth, peppercorns, bay, thyme, oregano and garlic. Roast uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.

Reduce heat to 275 and cook another 2 hours until falling off the bone.

Add water from time to time while roasting to prevent meat from drying out.
