sausage and cheese quiche

ingredients

• 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided (about 3 oz)
• 1/8 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
• dash lite salt
• 1/4 tsp paprika

method

Cook sausage in skillet to form crumbles. Drain and place in bottom of pie pan.

In medium bowl, beat together eggs and cream. Add 1/2 cup cheese, pepper and salt and mix. Pour into pie pan.

Top with rest of cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
