sour cream noodles

I skip this dish; it's a side dish for Steve.

ingredients

• 1/2 lb pasta
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

method

Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente; drain, rinse in hot water and return to pot.

Stir in sour cream and parsley. Heat over low heat until warmed through.
