stuffed peppers


This is one of those places where low-carb really shines - not using rice results in a much more flavorful dish.

Mix hamburger, tomatoes (with liquid), onions, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano and cayenne in large bowl.

Stuff peppers with meat mixture and place in roasting pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
